The below terms of license are the one, under which Internet Design Zone used to license the content from Screene.com before March 2005. These are just for reference for clients, to whom Internet Design Zone had licensed content.
This Software License and Content Agreement is a legal agreement between you, the individual or entity, using our products, and Internet Design Zone (Screene.com is a property of Internet Design Zone). By purchasing licensed content from us, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, please do not use our content anywhere. We reserve the rights to change the below licensing terms without any prior notice. The Flash Ecards, Flash Screensavers, Flash Wallpapers will be henceforth collectively referred to as "screene content".
Our content does not contain any adware/spyware or any such program.
All the content on screene.com is licensed on a non-exclusive basis, for an unlimited time, for unlimited downloads/views.
You are allowed to use the content only on the website for which they are branded. Contact us for branding for more than one website.
We send you the branded .swf/.exe file(s) as per your order. We will not be giving you any source files, and you are at no time, authorised to claim them.
By branding content for your website/company, we do not transfer copyrights to you. The copyright always remain with Internet Design Zone and its licensors. All rights reserved.
For screensavers and wallpapers, you can take just the .swf files from us and can use your own installer packages/programs and make your own installer exes. We will not be liable to any damages and/or claims arising, due to any spyware or adware or any other program added by you.
You do not have the right to resell/relicense the content to other websites. You may provide our content to your surfers/members for a fee or for free, as you want.
No content is to be reverse engineered/modified/disassembled/decompiled. No derivative works are to be created from our content.
Extraction or copying of images/videos/music/text (by you or your surfers) using any means is strictly prohibited. The text messages in the software, may not be copied or used anywhere else for any purpose.
We do not warrant that the content or any portion thereof will meet your's or the end users requirements or that the operation of the same will be uninterrupted or error free. It is being given as is without any warranties. We will, of course, try to bring you the best quality content possible by us.
We shall in no event be liable to you or your end user or any other such person for any incidental, consequential, indirect, punitive or exemplary damages.
By using our content, you, the client accept sole responsibility for all consequences arising therefrom and acknowledge that no claim whatsoever will be made against screene.com, its licensors or affiliates.
